All websites submitted to our directory undergo a manual review for appropriateness and accuracy. We will review your submission within 3 business days (usually, much sooner) and communicate with you if/when the listing goes live. If you have concerns about your listing, you may email or call 800-326-8666 ext. 2102.
No. The listing fee covers the cost of review of your listing submission and will not be returned if your listing is rejected. However, if your company is an operational business within or interacting with the U.S. plastics and rubber industries with an operational website, there is a great likelihood it will be accepted.
Yes. As companies can be bought out, re-brand or go out of business, we require an annual review of each listing, which requires charging the annual review fee. At any time during the duration of your listing, you may log in to your listing to update the name, categories, description, contact info or accompanying ads, but the annual manual review still will be performed. It’s important to include a contact email with your listing that you regularly use for your business to which we will be sending your renewal notification. Listings that are not renewed will be removed.
